UMAT oh UMAT....

just had my umat test today and can i say it really is so darn tough??!!

would just like to rant a bit thatz all...

geez, my brain almost stopped working there and then. the IQ test is a killer man... can't even see the stoopid link for all the pictures, just blindly guess and tikam loh (courtesy of years in the m'sian edu system...hehe) and the logic reasoning is like the ultimate man... they give you a whole BIG CHUNK of writing and they give one short answer that requires you to thrawl through big, big words and mind boggling statistics... my mind is that of an 18 year old, not a super hyper computer that has thousands of MB or GB or whatever you call it to sort through the crap and nonsense and pick out the right information man. well i guess now doctors are like super huge computer with databases on every single meds produced and even herbal and traditional meds then....

heck, nearly couldnt wake up today to catch the tram. reached about 10 mins before the reporting time which is pretty good since i stopped by hungry jack's for a breakky muffin then to 7 eleven to buy a tram ticket. and i bet i looked like an idiot running to and fro tram stops coz i missed one of my stops and missed tram 70 that was supposed to bring me to teh centre straight. instead, i stupidly (my brain doesnt work that early in the morn i think) took another tram that i got down from halfway and had to stand in the freaking cold for another tram to bring me to the centre. could've just take THAT tram straight. should've, could've, would've. but obviously didn't.... hehe.

still made it there in good time and managed to see natalie there. she wants to do physio i remember. and half the candidates are aussies man. even the asians have aussie accents so that means that they ARE lcoals or they just studied here like... i don't know, half their lives?? so its darn initmidating man to see them so confident and so fast when answering....geez....

no, must have self confidence, mel...

hehe...

off to do my homework that's been piling up for weeks and days....

mel's list to do:
1) HOI essay- actually finish research and start on draft
2) EAP mini oral plan - actually decide which article i'm going to do and not go back and forth on 3 articles
3) actually know what acid and base chapter in chem means
4) actually DO my maths 1A homework and understand what it means and not blindly follow the examples
5) actually revise my bio chapter 3 about RNA and understand it
6) actually concentrate on my yearbook (my baby!!)

man, the list is already making me dizzy with the effort....

wait, i missed out one more...

7) actually find people for the auction

and just thought of another one...

8) organise my hair clips and accerssories

and yet another one...

9) vacuum my room'
10) check out fitnss first
11)do a bit of reading...i feel so darn rusty and 'dry' from not reading good books.... darn it...

so much to do, so little time...

life goes on...
